Here is how we make, bake, and package all of our desserts.
We weigh each square of Bitchin' Baklava and then place them carefully into a box. We use a window box for pick-up or delivery orders and a closed box for postal delivery.
We wrap the squares with tissue just like the phyllo dough layers in our squares keeping true to the phyllo dough theme.

Our different packages.
Our boxes are packaged by hand and them wrapped with a colored ribbon. Birthday wrap, Christmas wrap, Valentine's Day Wrap, or any other kind of wrap is available for the special occasion.
